Assorted legal issues arise when fiduciaries of nonprofit endowment funds, foundations, pension plans, and other similar organizations consider alternative investments in diversifying their investment portfolios. Partners from Ballard Spahr's Philadelphia and Denver offices will join Drexel University's Director of Investments via videoconference in a panel discussion surrounding such issues.
The program is aimed at investment professionals, investment managers, general counsel, and financial officers.
