Alexander K. Nagy is an associate in the Business and Finance Department and a member of the Securities, Mergers and Acquisitions/Private Equity, Life Sciences/Technology, and Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs and Contracting Groups. Mr. Nagy also has experience in Ballard Spahr's Labor and Employment Group, representing both private-sector and public-sector employers in a wide range of employment and traditional labor matters.
Before joining Ballard Spahr, Mr. Nagy was Legislative Correspondent to Congresswoman Linda Sanchez (California). He also served under the Honorable Richard Klein, Pennsylvania Superior Court, as a summer law clerk.
