William K. Kennedy II is a partner in the Litigation Department and a member of the Labor, Employment and Immigration Group. His legal practice consists primarily of representing management in employment-related litigation, including discrimination and harassment, and in labor arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations, and unfair labor practice disputes.
Mr. Kennedy has significant experience representing governmental entities in employment litigation and labor negotiations and disputes. He regularly advises clients regarding compliance with labor and employment laws, such as Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FMLA; and general employment issues, such as hiring, firing, managing employees, and drug testing.
