Marc DeCandia

Marc DeCandia is a partner in the Real Estate Department and a member of the Commercial Real Estate Recovery, Planned Communities and Condominiums, and Real Estate Development Groups. His practice focuses on condominium and community association law, and the development of common-interest projects, including commercial, residential, mixed-use, conversion, and land condominiums, as well as master planned, mixed-use, and traditional residential community associations.
