Our Diversity Council helps guide the firm toward its diversity goals. The Council works with Chief Diversity Officer Virginia G. Essandoh to develop, promote, and implement key initiatives; to uphold our equal employment opportunity policy; to coordinate the firm's participation in job fairs and other events; and to collaborate with clients on diversity issues of mutual interest.
