Under Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), “[e]mployees shall have the right of selforganization, to form, join, or assist labor organizations, to bargain collectively through representatives of their own choosing, and to engage in other concerted activities for the purpose of collective bargaining or other mutual aid or protection.” The proliferation of employees’ use of social media sites to discuss work-related issues has left employers carefully considering the scope of the term “concerted activity.” ...
