Naomi Young

Litigation, Labor and Employment

Naomi Young is a partner in the Litigation Department, a member of the Labor and Employment Group, and Managing Partner of the Los Angeles office. Ms. Young represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters. Her practice includes individual and class-based employment discrimination, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour litigation.

Ms. Young has tried numerous cases to verdict in state and federal courts and has significant experience representing employers in arbitrations, in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and before administrative agencies, including the National Labor Relations Board and the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing.
