K. Allison White is a partner in the Litigation Department and a member of the Commercial Litigation, Consumer Class Action Litigation, Consumer Financial Services, and Real Estate and Construction Litigation Groups. Ms. White's practice includes all aspects of complex commercial litigation, including cases involving securities fraud, contract disputes, construction disputes, corporate governance, business torts, and accounting fraud. Her litigation practice includes appearing before state and federal courts as well as arbitration tribunals.
Ms. White is a co-leader of Ballard Women, a group of diverse Ballard Spahr attorneys whose aim is to help women attorneys build professional networks, create business opportunities, and grow as legal counselors and business and civic leaders.
Pro Bono Experience
Ms. White received the firm's 2007 Pro Bono Award in recognition of outstanding dedication to the delivery of pro bono legal services.
