Jill M. Stadelman is an associate in the Business and Finance Department and a member of the Securities, Mergers and Acquisitions/Private Equity, and Life Sciences/Technology Groups.
Ms. Stadelman has advised both issuers and underwriters in public offerings, private placements, and registered direct offerings. She also advises public company clients on securities law compliance matters, corporate governance issues, and general corporate law matters. She represents both buyers and sellers in M&A transactions, as well as tax credit equity investors in connection with new construction and rehabilitation of affordable multifamily housing facilities throughout the United States.
