Dongbin Christina "Tina" Shin counsels clients on compliance with consumer financial services laws and has represented companies during Consumer Financial Protection Bureau civil investigations. She also advises on privacy and data security issues, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and various telecommunications and telemarketing laws.

Ms. Shin was a member of Ballard Spahr’s 2009 summer associate class.

Pro Bono Experience

As part of her pro bono work, Ms. Shin counsels clients on immigration matters and assists them with U-Visa and asylum applications.
