Jonathan S. Satinsky is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the White Collar/Investigations Group. His practice focuses on criminal investigations, compliance and regulatory matters, and complex civil litigation.

Mr. Satinsky has experience litigating cases from inception through trial.  He has defended clients in criminal investigations involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act; the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act; the Immigration Reform and Control Act; tax fraud; public corruption; MBE/DBE/WBE issues; export laws compliance; and antitrust issues. In the civil realm, he has handled commercial litigation matters—including business torts and breach of contract actions—and claims against consumer lenders.

Pro Bono Experience

Mr. Satinsky maintains an active pro bono practice. He has assisted clients in a defamation lawsuit, a child custody proceeding, and a landlord-tenant dispute.
