Burt M. Rublin is a partner in the Litigation Department and co-partner-in-charge of the Appellate Group. He is also a member of the Antitrust, Complex Commercial Litigation, Consumer Class Action Litigation, and Consumer Financial Services Groups, and the Distressed Real Estate Initiative. Mr. Rublin concentrates his practice in the areas of class actions, appellate litigation, complex commercial litigation, and antitrust litigation.
