Colleen M. Reider is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Commercial Litigation Group. Ms. Reider represents financial institutions and businesses in creditor’s rights, workouts, and commercial litigation matters, including contract and guaranty claims, and receivership actions. She also represents lenders and creditors in business Chapter 11 bankruptcies, including issues involving joint administration of affiliated debtors, use of cash collateral, converting or dismissing bankruptcy cases, disclosure statements, and plan confirmation.
