Gregory Reed's practice embraces all areas of real estate development, including urban mixed-use developments; transit-oriented developments; urban and suburban condominiums; commercial, hotel, marina, biomedical, and residential projects; simple and complex land condominiums; planned-unit developments; retail and office leasing; real estate finance; and general real estate matters.

Pro Bono Experience

Greg is a founding director and member of the Executive Committee of Charles Street Development Corporation, a nonprofit corporation created to foster growth and development of Baltimore's Charles Street corridor, and is counsel to the nonprofit Charles Street Trolley Corporation. In addition, he regularly provides pro bono legal assistance to artists and arts organizations through his involvement with Maryland Lawyers for the Arts.
