Mark Pollak

Mark Pollak is a partner in the Real Estate Department, Practice Leader of the Real Estate Development Group, and a member of the Real Estate Finance, P3/Infrastructure, and Higher Education Groups. Mr. Pollak has practiced for more than 30 years with a focus on the public financing of complex real estate projects and sports stadiums. He also has experience creating public-private partnerships to develop central business districts. His clients include local institutions and companies as well as national corporations and major real estate developers and investors in the mid-Atlantic area.  

Representative Matters

• Assisted real estate developers in development activities throughout downtown Baltimore, including Centerpoint and the Westside Superblock
• Represented a major NFL franchise in the land acquisition, development, and financing of its $250 million football stadium project in the Washington, D.C., area
• Served as counsel to the entity that established the Cadillac Grand Prix of Washington, D.C.
