Tejal K. Mehta is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Corporate and Government Investigations and White Collar Defense Group. Ms. Mehta has worked on criminal trial preparation and motions practice, and has played a key role in the coordination of discovery efforts. She has experience with Office of Foreign Assets Control and Bureau of Industry and Security economic sanctions programs and the manner in which those complement export control regulations. She has worked with Kenya Mann Faulkner in handling matters involving aspects of U.S. export controls, including export license applications and commodity classifications.
