Michelle M. McGeogh is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Labor and Employment Group and the Commercial Real Estate Recovery Group.

Ms. McGeogh concentrates her practice on private sector employment law on behalf of management. Her practice involves defense of employers in actions alleging violations of Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and state law equivalents.

Pro Bono Experience

Ms. McGeogh is dedicated to representing pro-bono clients. She negotiated a positive settlement for a client who lost a home without notice.
