Geoffrey A. Kahn is a partner in the Litigation Department, Practice Leader of the Commercial Litigation Group, and a member of the Accounting and Professional Liability, Securities Litigation, and Insurance Groups. Mr. Kahn has extensive experience handling a broad range of complex commercial litigation, including accountants' liability, securities, contract, class action, and insurance bad faith and coverage cases. He regularly represents public and private entities in federal and state courts.
