Ellen Jerrehian is an associate in the Business and Finance Department and a member of the Securities and Mergers and Acquisitions/Private Equity Groups. Her practice is concentrated in the areas of securities law, business transactions, and general corporate law.
Ms. Jerrehian has substantial experience advising clients and drafting and negotiating documents in connection with public offerings and private placements of equity, debt, and hybrid securities; public and private company mergers and acquisitions; and general securities, contracts, and corporate law.
