Susanna R. Greenberg is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Appellate, Commercial Litigation, and Antitrust Groups. She focuses her practice on litigation matters in the areas of antitrust, shareholder disputes, consumer fraud, and class action defense. Before entering law school, Ms. Greenberg taught public school in Washington, D.C.

- Defends antitrust claims against a pharmaceutical company in federal court
- Represents the special litigation committee of a real estate investment trust responding to derivative litigation claims against trustees and officers in federal and state courts
- Defends class action claims based on telemarketing practices against a pharmaceutical company in federal court
Pro Bono Experience
Ms. Greenberg's pro bono work has centered largely on public education matters and election-related projects. She has represented students and their families in disputes with local school districts. She also has assisted in developing state-specific manuals for lawyers working to protect the right to vote.
