Marci I. Gordon is a partner in the Real Estate Department, and a member of the Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Development, REITs, and Higher Education Groups, and the Distressed Real Estate Initiative. Her practice is concentrated in the area of general real estate law, and she has particular experience in real estate development, acquisition, and financing transactions.

Representative Matters

  • Represented a major national movie theater chain in the acquisition of partnership interests in various urban movie theaters
  • Represents a pension fund as the equity investor in an approximately $200 million mixed-used development located in Queens, New York
  • Represents a pension fund in the recapitalization of an approximately $150 million mixed-use project in Queens, New York
  • Represents a significant owner of multifamily properties in various acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily and retail properties
  • Represents major real estate owner and developer in connection with various financings and re-financings of portions of a major development in Prince Georges County, Maryland
  • Represents a pension fund in connection with the creation of a $500 million joint venture to acquire industrial properties
  • Represents a ground lease tenant in connection with the development and operation of a major mixed-use project in Baltimore
