Farrah I. Gold is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Labor and Employment Group. Her practice includes the representation of employers and management in a wide variety of labor and employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, and other civil rights litigation; interest and grievance arbitrations; at-will litigation; restrictive covenant/trade secret claims; wage and hour litigation; collective bargaining; and unfair labor practice litigation before the NLRB and state agencies. Ms. Gold regularly assists clients in developing employment policies relating to personnel and employment law issues and advises clients regarding compliance with discrimination laws, hiring and firing practices, and workplace investigations.
