Brendan K. Collins is a partner in the Litigation Department and a member of the Environmental, Communications, Product Liability and Mass Tort, Corporate and Government Investigations and White Collar Defense, and Higher Education Groups, as well as the Climate Change and Sustainability Initiative. Mr. Collins also coordinates the firm's petroleum products practice, integrating litigation, environmental, real estate, and other disciplines to serve clients operating in this sector.

Mr. Collins represents clients in environmental litigation involving permit appeals, enforcement actions, citizen suits, and toxic torts. He has represented clients in civil, criminal, and administrative matters at all levels of the state and federal judicial systems, including the U.S. Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
