Craig Circosta

Craig Circosta is a partner in the Business and Finance Department and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions/Private Equity Group and the Securities Group.  Mr. Circosta's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and securities matters for public and private companies in a broad range of industries. He has worked on a broad variety of M&A transactions, including public and private mergers, stock acquisitions and divestitures, and asset purchases and sales.

Representative Matters

• Represented diversified global manufacturer in the sale of its business units that design and manufacture automotive and industrial driver controls, motion systems, and fluid-handling systems, to Norwegian automotive-parts provider; cash transaction was valued at $560 million and involved 34 manufacturing sites worldwide
• Represented same corporation in the sale of its aerospace manufacturing unit and its automotive pedal systems business
• Represented same client in the acquisition of a supplier of locomotive anti-idling and emissions reductions solutions for the railroad industry
• Represented same client in the acquisition of a provider of instruments and devices for minimally invasive surgical procedures
• Represented same client in the acquisition of two providers of engineering and manufacturing services to medical device manufacturers
• Represented private investment management company in the acquisition of the safety products division of a designer, manufacturer, and distributor of back-up alarms and amber warning lights for the commercial vehicle safety market
• Represented same client in the acquisition of the world’s largest designer, manufacturer, and marketer of proprietary back-up alarms and amber warning lights for commercial vehicles
• Represented major conglomerate in its acquisition of a global producer and marketer of training programs
