John R. Carrigan, Jr., handles all aspects of labor and employment litigation. Mr. Carrigan has been advising and litigating on behalf of California employers for more than 10 years. He has developed and audited employment and pay policies, has overseen employment investigations, negotiated employment and severance agreements, and responded to various charges brought against his clients by government agencies at the state and federal level.

Mr. Carrigan also has extensive experience litigating employment-related disputes before state and federal courts and in arbitration. He has defended his clients against allegations of wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment, and violations of various wage and hour laws. Mr. Carrigan represents clients in a wide range of industries, including health care, education, manufacturing, restaurants, and retail.

Pro Bono Experience

Mr. Carrigan handles pro bono adoption matters for Alliance for Children's Rights. He is also the Los Angeles office's representative on Ballard Spahr's Pro Bono Committee.
