Charley F. Brown is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department. He is a member of the Trademark and Copyright Group and Intellectual Property Litigation Group, as well as the electrical and communications technology, software and business methods, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical technology practice teams in the Patents Group. His practice includes patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret litigation; patent prosecution; client counseling; and opinion work. He is a registered patent attorney.
Mr. Brown's graduate research focused on genome and proteome annotation techniques, sequence analysis, structure prediction, genome assembly improvement, and microarray data analysis.
