Michele L. Bax

Michele L. Bax is a partner in the Public Finance Department and a member of the Municipal Recovery Initiative and the P3/Infrastructure Group. Ms. Bax represents cities, counties, and towns; development authorities; school districts; and other special issuers. Her experience includes serving as counsel for bonds, notes, special taxes, underwriters, issuers, and trustees in connection with revenue and tax-exempt general obligation bonds.
