Aisha M. Barbour is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Labor and Employment Group. She handles discrimination, harassment, and other civil rights litigation; grievance arbitrations; and unfair labor practice litigation. She regularly assists employers in developing employment-related personnel policies and advises clients on compliance with labor and employment laws.

Pro Bono Experience

Ms. Barbour's pro bono work includes child custody, name change, and death penalty cases.
