Sapna K. Anderson is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Real Estate and Construction Litigation Group. Ms. Anderson's practice has touched upon an array of subject areas, including construction and real estate disputes, environmental contamination, employee benefits, pharmaceutical product liability, employment discrimination, unfair competition and trade secrets, business and securities fraud, RICO, and civil rights. She has also represented several entities in connection with internal and government investigations of corporate or criminal wrongdoing.

Ms. Anderson also maintains an active pro bono practice, where she focuses in the area of asylum law.
