In 1978, nearly a century after its founding in Philadelphia, Ballard Spahr began its expansion with the opening of an office in Washington, D.C. Today, the Washington office is one of the firm's largest and is a recognized leader in energy and project finance, housing, public finance and public-private partnerships, real estate and real estate finance, mortgage banking, and tax.

Take I-295 South/Baltimore/Washington Parkway toward Washington. Take the exit onto US-50 W/New York Avenue NE toward Washington. Continue onto Mt. Vernon Place, NW. Continue onto Massachusetts Avenue NW. At the traffic circle, continue straight to stay on Massachusetts Avenue. At the second traffic circle, exit onto 19th Street. The Millennium Building is at the intersection of 19th and K Streets. Parking garage entrance is on 19th Street, opposite Cosi. Visitors are required to use valet parking. From garage, take elevator to the 12th floor and check in at the reception desk.

From Virginia (West of DC):

Take Route 66 East toward Washington. Follow 66 East over the Roosevelt Bridge. Stay in left-most lanes to E Street exit. Turn left on 18th Street NW, then turn left on K Street. Turn right on 20th Street, then right on L Street, then right on 19th Street. Parking garage entrance is on 19th Street, opposite Cosi. Visitors are required to use valet parking. From garage, take valet elevator to the 12th floor and check in at the reception desk.

Take I-395 North toward Washington, DC. Exit left to US-1 N. Follow signs for 14th Street/National Mall. Continue onto 14th Street NW. Turn left onto K Street. Turn right on 20th Street, then right on L Street, then right on 19th Street. Parking garage entrance is on 19th Street, opposite Cosi. Visitors are required to use valet parking. From garage, take elevator to the 12th Floor and check in at the reception desk.

Metro from Anywhere:

Take the Red line to Farragut North Metro Station. Once at Farragut North, follow exit signs for K Street. The Millennium Building is at the intersection of 19th and K Streets, with the main entrance on K Street. The elevators are next to the concierge desk. Proceed to the 12th floor and check in at the reception desk.  

Take the Orange or Blue lines to Farragut West Metro Station. Once at Farragut West, follow exit signs for 18th Street. At the top of the escalators, walk north on 18th Street. At the next block, go left or west on K Street. The Millennium Building is at the intersection of 19th and K Streets, with the main entrance on K Street. The elevators are next to the concierge desk. Proceed to the 12th floor and check in at the reception desk.
