Litigators in the Bethesda office represent lending institutions, government contractors, and real estate holding companies in various commercial litigation matters. With a focus on consumer finance, the group has defended many banks' and corporations' claims involving federal and state consumer lending statutes. Via Metro: Take Metro RED Line to Bethesda Metro. Take elevator to street level. The elevator will exit onto Montgomery Lane near Wisconsin Avenue. Turn right onto Montgomery Lane. 4800 Montgomery Lane will be on your left.

From Northern Virginia:

Driving: Take I-495 N/Capital Beltway toward Baltimore/Bethesda MD (crossing into Maryland). Take MD-190/River Road via Exit 39B toward Washington and proceed approximately 1 mile to Wilson Lane. Turn left at Wilson Lane and proceed approximately 1.4 miles. Turn left to stay on Wilson Lane and continue .9 miles to Arlington Road. Make a right onto Arlington Road. Go approximately .3 miles and turn left at Hampden Lane. Turn left into parking garage at 4801 Hampden Lane. Take the elevator in the garage up to the 7th floor.

From Baltimore, Maryland:

Driving: Take I-95 South toward Washington. Merge onto I-495 W/Capital Beltway via Exit 27 toward Silver Spring; Merge onto MD-185 S/Connecticut Avenue via Exit 33. Turn right on MD-410 W/East-West Highway. Turn left onto Wisconsin Avenue/MD-355 South. Turn right onto Hampden Lane. Turn right into parking garage at 4801 Hampden Lane. Ballard Spahr is on the 7th floor.

Via MARC Train: Take train from Baltimore Camden Station to Washington Union Station. Take Metro RED Line to Bethesda Metro. Take elevator to street level. The elevator will exit onto Montgomery Lane near Wisconsin Avenue. Turn right onto Montgomery Lane. 4800 Montgomery Lane will be on your left.

From Frederick, Maryland:

Driving: Take I-270 South toward Washington. Merge onto Rockville Pike/MD-355 South via the left exit toward Bethesda (MD-355 will turn into Wisconsin Avenue South). Turn right onto Hampden Lane. Turn right into parking garage at 4801 Hampden lane. Take the elevator in the garage up to the 7th floor.
