Tracy A. Siebold, an associate in the Real Estate Department at Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll, LLP, has been elected to the board of directors at the Habitat for Humanity of Burlington County, New Jersey affiliate.

The Habitat for Humanity of Burlington County's goal is to help replace substandard housing in Burlington County through the creation of affordable home ownership. The organization builds or renovates homes mostly through volunteer labor and donated material.

Ms. Siebold is a member of the firm's Housing, Real Estate Development, and Zoning and Land Use Groups, with a primary focus in land use and Mount Laurel Doctrine compliance and litigation. Ms. Siebold manages litigation on behalf of developers, including challenging denials and development restrictions in major land use litigation matters, as well as contractual disputes, insurance coverage, construction, landlord/tenant, and collection matters. Ms. Siebold also has appeared before the New Jersey Council On Affordable Housing (COAH) on behalf of developers of low- and moderate-income housing. Ms. Siebold is currently providing guidance to the Habitat on COAH regulations to help it assist municipalities in meeting their Mount Laurel obligations.
